We need some writers too, the only story i could figure out is this:
(100 Years after GT)(In Hell)
Dabura came to hell to ask Vegeta if he wants revenge on Goku, Vegeta sure wanted, all what Vegeta needed to do was to go in Heaven and take Goku's Will Power / Soul with a special Artifact that he has from Dabura after Vegeta took Goku's Will Power, Goku became Evil, Vegeta freed all hell prisioners and came to earth to destroy it.
Goku Jr. needs now to stop them, first he fights with Goku on earth but Goku can still control himself and teleported to Namek where he destroyed everything because of Wrath. Goku Jr searched the ZetaBalls (new Dragonballs) so he can revive the Z Fighters and separate the Good Broli from The Evil One. Now Goku Jr, Broli, The Z Fighters and The New Generation of Saiyans need to stop Vegeta and his Slaves.
